Amanda Fishley, M.A. BCBA, COBA
I am a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Behavior Analyst in your corner. I have a passion for working with children, parents, and teachers to overcome barriers to learning and ensuring my clients are living a fulfilling life. I rely on my years of experience, training, and extensive knowledge to objectively observe and analyze behaviors in home and classroom settings. I identify positive approaches and will be with you each step of the way to the behavior transformation you’re seeking. I employ evidence-based interventions in all of my work and will work rigorously to ensure you receive top notch services. I welcome clients of all ages within the neurotypical and neurodivergent populations including, but not limited to, those with Autism, developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, ADHD, and general behavior concerns.
I am also dedicated to training the next generation of BCBAs and welcome students of behavior analysis seeking BCBA supervision and fieldwork experience. I’ve been providing behavior analytic supervision since 2011 – reach out!

Facts:
- I have been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2011.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology and a Master's degree is Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis
- Both of my degrees are proudly from The Ohio State University
- Age range of clients: I have an extensive background with adolescents and young children
- I have also have extensive experience with toilet training, improving classroom management, decreasing challenging and severe problem behavior, teaching self-management skills, and providing behavior analytic supervision.
- I am also a proud mother of two girls, a wife, and animal lover.
- I believe in making learning fun for all of my clients!
- A few professional achievements I'm most proud of: consulting abroad and disseminating ABA to several different countries, toilet training teenagers that were deemed untrainable, presenting at Applied Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) and other conferences, and bringing smiles to the faces of parents that have been successful at positive behavior changes with their child.
- My experiences have allowed me to apply the principles of behavior analysis not only to the clients and families I've served, but in my leadership and management skills, as well as my personal life. Helping others learn self management skills so they can improve their wellbeing has become a passion of mine, leading me to create Self Manage.

Behavior consultation and training for schools
For public and private Elementary, Middle and High Schools. Board of DD schools and daycares are also great fits.
We will put together a package to meet the needs of your school and budget incorporating any of the following:

- Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students
- Behavior Intervention Plan writing

BCBA Supervision and Fieldwork Experience
Remote supervision available. Local to Columbus, Ohio.

Toilet Training Bootcamp
- Virtual Toilet Training Skills Training for Parents and Caregivers
Cost: Determined on individualized need
Meet with an established Behavior Analyst and expert in toilet training individuals of all ages and abilities. The bootcamp includes:
- Initial consultation to understand your child’s toileting needs
- An individualized plan for your child and family
- Training on plan for relevant caregivers
- Data collection and analysis
- Consultation via phone, zoom, and text for up to 30 days
- Unlimited revisions of toileting plan within the 30 day period
- Support for the parents/providers utilizing strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- If you are an existing toilet training bootcamp client, you can add additional consultation time at a discounted rate
- *In-person consultation available for additional fees around Columbus, Ohio
Behavior Training Subscription
Virtual and recorded trainings
Subscribe and receive live or recorded behavior analytic training (up to one hour). Topics can be tailored based on the client, family, or school need. Relevant topics may include functions of behavior, the ABCs of behavior analysis, data collection, preventing challenging behavior, toilet training, a toolbox for behavior management int he classroom, and self management strategies for all learners and abilities.
Specific pricing decided at intake based on need, number of trainees, and complexity.
Continuing Education (CEs) for BCBAs and BCBA mentorship
-Relevant virtual webinars brought to you by veteran BCBAs and professionals in the field.
-Customizable CEs available for groups and organizations.
-Mentorship for newly minted BCBAs
-Troubleshooting and case consultations, recommendations on best practices, client confidentiality, and adhering to the ethics code.

Yes, yes and yes! We believe that individuals have different abilities and ways in which they interact in the world around them. These different abilities are not looked at as deficits or they need to be "fixed." I will work with you or your child, to make behavior changes of your choice and will provide an accepting approach and environment while doing so.
At this time, I do not accept insurance and am private pay only. I will work with you and your budget to ensure you can still receive services and payment plans are also available.
